What's a tour like?
Quirky and informative, our tours highlight St Petersburg in an "only-in-Florida" kind of way. It's part history, art and Florida-wackiness. Whether visiting St Pete or a seasoned local I'm confident you'll hear something new. We offer Group & Private Tours of St Petersburg depending on just what and when you're looking to see a bit of what the Sunshine City has to offer. Check out the BOOK IT calendar to see what's available.

What can I expect from this tour?
On the Sunshine City Tour we'll explore different parts of downtown and discover how the city of St Petersburg was born. Along the way we'll introduce you to some of the unusual characters who influenced The Sunshine City's development. By linking people and places to the past we hope to connect you with present day St Pete. This is not a scripted tour... no one wants a bland and boring tour so stories and sites can and will change depending on audience and weather. Mural tours focus primarily on the incredible street art scene of St Petersburg. All public tours are small in size and limited to 8 people or less.

Is there anything I should bring?
Dress comfortably. We recommend you wear walking shoes (no stilettos gentlemen) and depending on the time of day appropriate clothes for being out in the sun. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses are a great idea for our daytime tours especially during summer months which I consider to be somewhere from April through September for our out of town visitors. Feel free to bring along water.

What happens if it rains?
Well, it is Florida after all and sometimes rain may cause us to alter our course. Generally speaking, during a tour we often can find shelter to allow us to continue while we wait out the typical short rain storms. If the weather is in question we will give you a heads up via text, e-mail or call. Tours are non-refundable unless Tour St Pete cancels due to weather or other conditions out of our control.

Are dogs/young children/teenagers welcome?
We may sometimes visit a local pub, hotel or restaurant during our tour, for this reason we advise against bringing your pets.
Young children may learn a new word or two on tours. If this is ok with you, it's ok with me.
Teenagers are certainly welcome but be forewarned: some already know more than all of us combined, the tour may bore them.
